About this real-book example

The closed-book photographs were taken in October 2026 and show the founder’s actual printed Dobesh family book. The open-book photograph was taken at Vail. The selected pages come from the August 29, 2026 digital edition (455 pages); the Vail photograph shows a 451-page printing. They are versions of the same family history.

The rotating book is a 3D model with the real photographed cover surfaces, not a 3D scan. Page turns move between selected excerpts, not every page of the full book. Each record introduction is part of this explorer; the finished pages retain the original book design.
